Dear Seema, What did you say that their is no limit for 142(1) notice.Please confirm.As section 142(1) does not work on its own.It is used with other assesment section to call information.So indirectly time limit of other assement sections apply to it. Be careful about what you say. because others may take a wrong action on its basis.
