Sir, For a company public/ private limited: 1.accounts are audited and audit report obtained before 30 september 2013. 2.Gross turnover is less than 5 lakhs 3.Net profit is less than one lakh 4.Company has paid tax at normal rates as amount is less than that arrived at as per sec.115JB. Query: 1.Will the company require to get a tax audit under Sec.44AB ? 2.If not is it mandatory to get certificate in form 3CA and 3CD ? 3 If so is it mandatory for the Auditors (CA) to file 3CA and 3CD online / offline at Income Tax portal before 30 september 2013.? 4.Is it mandatory to file Form 29B by CA online/ offline at the Income tax portal ? With Regards

DEAR SIRS, DURING THE UPLOADING OF DSC I AM GETTING A POP WINDOW SAYING THAT PLEASE UPLOAD THE LATEST DSC WHICH REGISTER IN E FILING APPLICATION. BUT DSC HAS GOT VALIDITY UNTILL 2014 THEN WHY IT WAS SHOWN LIKE THAT? KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO BE DONE.

I have taken admission from Direct Entry Scheme & have qualified my IPCC first group in may 2013.Due to some problems,I have to take transfer from my articleship.I told about it to my principal in june,he said to release me in last july.When I asked him to release me in july,he extended the period till august.But now he is saying to release me if any new article join under him at my place.My articleship will be completed on 25 sep.Please suggest me what I should do now.

Mr.Tushar Sampat, while answering the queries be careful and do not mislead the students, that it will be applicable from November 2014. Please read the announcement carefully, though Mr.Sanjay has rightly observed, you are again confusing him.Do not say the rule of 6 months. This will not apply here. Regards, S Devadoss
