Hi Friends!

I am a Chartered Accountant (May 2006) and a Post Graduate (2005) from Calcutta Universuty. I hold in total 16 years of work experience in the field of accounting, taxation, audit, MIS, budget, commercial, planning and control. During my journey of experience and knowledge I got the previlege of working with big conglomerates getting experiences in manfacturing, construction, telecom, BPO and ITes.

i'm running a car rental business for past 3yrs,in 2007 Dec i purchased a indicab taxi on loan of Rs 2,56,000/-,total value of cars Rs 3,80,000/-,on 14th feb 2011 i sold the car for Rs 1,10,000/- as i was incurring heavy loss, i want to know whether there is any capital gain involved, if so what will be CG

It is pathetic on us to see the socalled “RESOLVED QUERIES” in (1) Expert Section (2) Forum Section and (3) Blog Section. There are queries just attempted with no substance, are categorized immediately as ‘RESOLVED”., which leads our community to wrong direction. The (1) Core team and (2) Loyal members of “CA CLUB INDIA”, need to give their precious time and analyze the “RESOLVED QUERIES”, and see that the members of CA CLUB INDIA are on right path. Else with wrong/misleading RESOLVED QUIERIES / ANSWERS, many may be at ECONOMIC LOSSES, in turn may see this CA CLUB INDIA at an awkward situation. I request you all to focus your attention on this issue, if you feel this grievance is genuine. Pardon me, if it hurts the sentiments of some of our fraternity. Thanking you.
