sir, i've some doubts in board meeting sitting fees. our company pays BOard Meeting Sitting fees to our directors for 4 meetings. each 1 person receive Rs.10000/Meeting. total Rs.40000/- per person. Is this liable to deduct TDS? if yes which sec [192 or 194J] pls clarify me... Thanks, Kaaliyappan. Karur, TN.
