Hi,

I am a Chartered Accountant working in SEBI, Mumbai. You may ask questions from me related to SEBI Act and regulations framed thereunder.

    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Questions related to Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Act can be answered by me as I am currently working in SEBI on these laws. However, questions related to indirect taxation cannot be answered by me as I have not done much work in this area.

    Not yet. However, I am working on a topic to get it published in CA Members' journal.

    Chartered Accountant with all India rank 11 in May 2011 exam Company Secretary with all India rank in June 2011 exam

    Award & Honors:
    Got all India ranks at Inter and Final levels of CA course. Got all India ranks at all the levels of CS course.
