Dear Venkatesh, Thanks for your reply. But, for your information, if we withdraw the EPF amount in less than 5 years the Employers' contribution and interest thereof is taxable under the head 'SALARY' and interest on self contribution is taxable under the head 'OTHER SOURCES'. mY QUESTION WAS ACTUALLY HOW TO DEFINE CONTINUITY OF EMPLOYMENT FOR 5 YRS.
