Wat is the due date for depositing tds deducted on salaries?? with 07 days of making payment of salaries or 07 of the subsequent months. Wat will be the due date if July 2010 salaries are paid on 11.08.2010?

As per income tax rules The limit for meal coupons is Rs.50 per day -Rule 3 sub rule 7. Then how come the entire amount will be taxable as perquisite.

thanks for your reply...sir, Is it mandatory... actually i hav a case related to bad debts. our client want to file a suit against his bad debts. for this he is want to reg. his sole proprietorship concern. he is not liable for vat and service tax. please sir guide me in above case. how i can start n what will be the first step from my side
