I am a Chartered Accountant and have completed my CS and Mcom with it and currently pursuing International CFA. Doing job in a company where knowledge and learning is inherited to the subordinates from the senior was my wish and have got that only in my recent venture thats the way it goes u need to share all you have with others then only your learning will go up and you will climb up.
