respected sir, i started my articalshipfrom 28th july 2008 after clearing P.E II (nov. 2007) (result in jan. 2008)after IT training completed on 27th july 2008, so am i able to appear in may 2010 or in nov. 2010 -

sir, i m Anand Malhotra, registered in ICAI in 2002, on my graduation base. i have also done my Post Garduation in 2002.(my age is 29 years now ) because of some family problem i have cleared PE-2 second group only (in may 2007 attempt) with total 158 passing marks. sir i know that i m very late, but i have the ability to pass PE-2 first group with very good numbers (in comming may 2010 attempt) , and i can also got RANK in final too. because i have been throughout 1st class in my schooling and degree level. Dear Sirs/Friends, I am doing my industrial training since 1 july 2009 the due date of completion of orticles on 22 march 2010 they informed that i am not eligible only on 24 nov 2009 because of that one week deficit.....how to resolve it? (this time exam held on june 2009)....... -
