Good evening experts Sir/Madam I have a doubt Assessee has entered into a development agreement and he has received 5 flats. During this FY he has received consideration of Rs. 1.50 Crores for the above 5 flats. My Doubt is wether the assessee's said consideration falls under audit U/S 44AB or not. He is a Working partner in the 2 Patnership Firms,. There from he is receiving remuneration, Interest and Profit from the said Partnership Firms. Dear Sir, Please help me with this asap. I received a letter yesterday evening dated 30th January 2014 regarding revalidation of registration to the final course. As per the letter, it is in continuation to an e-mail dated 17th Dec 2013. However, I did not receive any e-mail regarding the captioned subject. The letter states that I need to send a scanned copy of the letter of revalidation received from the regional office on or before 15th february 2014 at final_abc@icai.in. Even if I submit the application for revalidation at the WIRC on 10th (earliest possible date), there could be delays in receiving the letter of revalidation from the regional office before 15th Feb 2014. Hence, considering this time constraint,I have requested ICAI to allow few more days for my revalidation application by an email. Please confirm that the prescribed procedure are same as listed in this link: http://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=9260 Also, please clarify if I can go ahead with filling my examination form for CA Final May 2014. I am short of time as the last date for Exam forms without late fee is 27th feb. My details are as follows Course undergoing currently : CA Final Date of Registration to the current course : 17 Feb 2007 Date of expiry of the current registration course : 17 Feb 2012. Hello sir , I have been submitted my form No-102 for my article registration under my Principal.But the Problem was i forgot to send the ID card along with that form.I have checked my Registration status and ensured that i have registered under my Principal.But my Query was still now i haven't got any Physical Registration letter from the Board.As that Physical Document is neede in future for attending GMCS and for Others,Can u suggest a solution to Get the letter or will there be any alternative?
