Sir ours is a construction firm, in our annual return it is shown - closing stock (95,00,000) that equals to (all direct expense + indirect expenses) Material+Labour+Salaries+site expenses+Muncipal expenses+registration expenses+etc.). I want to ask whether the indirect expense will also be counted in calculation of WIP stock, as the construction is not yet completed.

sir, I need to pay brokerage of rs. 860,000 but the person receiving this do not have TAN no. so shall I deduct tds or not?? If i do not duduct, Can I get this transaction treated as expense??
