Hi, I have filed TDS return for Q2 for 2013-14. I have entered date of Q1 as date of deduction in one entgry of that return. I have filed revised return but it is not accepted as the entry contains C (higher deduction.)and correction in date of deduction is not allowed where there is C entry. Now my client (bank ) received notice for that quarter's demand. Plz suggest me some way to file revised return and get accepted that return. sir, i completed 1 year of articalship now my sir force me to take transfer eventhough i complete my year of articalship. he asked me that even if i dont put transfer, he terminate me .i m in ahmedabad city . after months my ipcc attempt due, i register under direct entry schme, please help me , what can i do ? sir just saw your comments on form 119 please help me in my case. i have served my articleship period and extension period but my chartered is still not ready to sign my form 108. The actual date of my articleship completion according to deed was 01/02/14. Please suggest me can i still send form 119 to institute.
