dear sir/madam i took termination in my first year of articleship and i got a notice from from icai that i took 32 excess leaves in my 10 months of articleship.my query is that 32 days can be compensated in remaining period(2.2yrs) or i need to work that 32 days after completion of my articleship.please reply quickly reply is appreciated. pradeep reddy

Namaste Sir, PF Trust had deposited Deposit with NBFC, now as per their declaration company had not deducted tds on interest income earned though it was more than Rs.5000/- now for filing e-tds return it is mandatory to show the amount paid to depositor which is more than taxable limit, now which head and section to show this entry, option in e-filing are 1. due to 15-g/h, higher deduction due to non-pan, and approval of 197A income certificate given by income tax. please guide me in this matter.

Sir.. Please help me...Its my third year of articleship and I need to take transfer on medical grounds as my CA is torturing me like anything..M appearing in may 15 for both groups and he is not ready to approve the leaves even though m left with 120 leaves. Plz tell me what r the documents required for transfer on medical grounds. And If I intimate about my tranfer to my CA, he'll not sign the xam form. Then what is the solution??? Can I get the form signed by the new principal even though m not registered with him bcoz of the time required for termination and reregistration. Sir please guide.....
