On 19Jan2016 I had filed my return for Assessment year 15-16 but I made a big mistake & filed the return with income details from FY15-16 instead of FY14-15.I got employed in March 2015.Now,I have received intimation for demand of 40000tax.For this I'm trying to file rectification request under "Taxpayer is correcting the Data in Rectification",but I'm being asked to select reason from list of 22 reasons.Can u pls tell which reasons I should select & if I'm following the right process.Thank you

Hi Experts, We are going to seel Sports activity tracker similar to "Garmin vivofit 2 Activity Tracker" product. We know that sports goods are 5% VAT applicable in Telangana, but we are not sure if this product is 5% or 14.5% vat applicable. Please help us. Thanks in advance.
