I received payment as on 23,MAY 2011 But Bill issued as on 5, June 2011 ,So please tell me When arise my service tax liabilities?

IF A HOTEL IS PROVIDING TRANSFER FACILITY FOR ITS CUSTOMER FOR WHICH IS CHARGE FROM CUSTOMER. AND THIS TRANSFER CHARGES ARE PART OF PACKAGE AND HOTEL HIRES OUTSIDE PERSON TO TRANSPORT THE CUSTOMER AND IF SOME TIME CUSTOMER IS NOT USING THIS FACILITY THEN WHATEVER CHARGES TAKEN FROM CUSTOMER AS TRANSPORT CHARGES IS INCOME FOR HOTEL THEN SERVICE TAX IS PAYABLE.
