Respected Sir, When a company is converted from pvt ltd to a public ltd company what happens to its bank account status??? How soon the change must be intimated to the concerned bank??? Can a company after conversion to a public limited still continue to hold a bank account in the old name of the pvt ltd company??? If they have such account for a long time and continue to transact business in that account for years together is it illegal? if so what action can be taken against them??? Thank you

My principal would not sign my exam form as i have filed a complaint against him.I have given my first attempt though in May,2015 which means i am eligible for the exam .please reply

sir, i filled itr 5 ay 2014-15,, my business profit 182608 under 44AD , loss of dervatives 31924 ,capital loss in stock of 69266 ,fdr interest 79482 total 260950 less deduction 22134 total income 238820, payed tax of 2030 i got notice that ;;;error code 14 assesses entering negative amount in gross profit or net profit and error code 23 :: where assesses furnish total of amount deducted in sl. no 2, 3, 4 nad 5 of schudule Bp should be consistent with total credits in the p and L slno.5. please give the solution what should i do ', when i see the notice i got BP 170/100 now 140/90 i hope you will will give solution for me please sir. thanking you sir, pavani

Dear sir, i have an client whose registration was taken 6 months ago.so,do i need to give request letter to get TPIN deatails for log in credentials to dept to file the RETURNS ? or can i goahead with register as new user which is available under log in option? suggest me in this regard.
