Hello Sir Our consultancy has not filed TDS return for 2nd & 3rd quater for period 2011-12 can we filed now. will charges for late payment ie 200 per day applicable to us. or only interest on late payment will be applicable. Is it possibility that charges & interest on late filling can be waived. please advice. its urgent

I am a Graduate. I have joined CA via Direct Entry. I will join for Articleship from September 2013 onwards. I have a query on coaching for CA. Is it better to go for CA coaching from now onwards OR Will it be better if I go for coaching from February 2014 onwards ? Which is the best option to choose and Will there be any change for CA syllabus for November 2014 IPCC exams ?
