Dear Sirs, My father gifted me in 1991 a ancestral property of his (which he got from his father). now in 2022 i have created a HUF for myself. Can i move this ancestral property presently in my name into the HUF because it is a Ancestral property (can show grand dad-->Dad-->me gift deeds). is this allowed? and will i avoid the clubbing of rents from this property into my income? - thanks
