Hello Sir: My name is Rajeev, Just out of topic for u but I beleive u can solve my problem. I am Bcom graduate with overall 7 yrs experience. I am working currently in a KPO as US pension Plan Administrator. I am very much confused since i want to expertise in some field the two options for me are 1. Hr & Payroll 2. Taxation. Please suggest me how should I proceed further at this stage of my career because what I believe, to be successful u should be an expert in some field with good degrees.
