Dear Sir, Im an indian and my wife is chinese, i want to know if my wife can send me funds from china as a way of gift? and can i use that funds to buy a property in india? are there any tax for this? or i have to take special permission from RBI for foreign national sending me funds as a gift? and how much is the limit of funds my wife can send? -

Can anybody kindly post the answer for consequences of fall in number of directors below 3 in public company.What will happen if the same condition prevails for more than one year.I know that any decisions if company would like to take it has to refer to members and decisions taken in board meeting is invalid.Apart from this is there any penal action is attracted?Pls suggest with case law if any. -
