Sir, Thanks for your prompt response. I want to clear my dought about attachments ie in holding co I just have to attach its balance sheet & Statement 212 in 23AC & in ACA its P&L & Statement 212. No any other attachments. & in Subsidiary only its balance sheet & P&L. Thanks & Regards, Anjali

Hi, I saw your reply on the query posted on Sec 187 C and would like to remark that the term 'trustee' in this case has been defined as the person holding shares on behalf of the company (refer sec 187B). Therefore in my opinion all the compliances under Sec 187B, 187C and also 153B, 153C, etc are redundant now. Could you please respond with your views on vallari.gupte@ymail.com thanks?
