hi Mitesh, i need to know abt the provisions nd other related documents nd information needed for Removal of a Director cum Member of a private limited co. In the company in all there are 3 directors cum members nd also those 3 are holding equal no. of shares. one of those 3 directors, wants to transfer his share to other 2 directors nd also wants to withdraw his directorship. so please guide me in respect of the same, thanks.
