Transfer of Articleship Sir,I queried about tfr which a student seek where there is no sufficient scope of learning in small firms. On receiving your suggestion as affirmative, appl for tfr was filed but the Instt has denied. What to do? CPT students can't get admission with good firms before PCII. In between due to changes in rules regarding tfr by Instt, after clearing INTER there is no scope left to learn/to gain practical experience which a professional should have? Is this a right rule? Then what is the benefits of being a CA?
