: Cenvat credit on stength of Original Invoice.
Can you pls give strong evidence in law to support that Cenvat can be availed only on the basis of Duplicate for transporter copy? As law states Credit can be taken on basis of Invoice issued by manufacturer. It is nowhere stipulated in law that that invoice should be DFT copy only and not Original one. -
