: TDS on Labour Contract
Sir, you mean to say TDS will also be deducted on the amount which he is paying to the labourer and also on he PF and ESI which he is contributing as Employer's share. If I deduct TDS on entire amount i,e; WAGES+PF+ESI+SERVICE CHARGES+SERVICE TAX ON SERVICE CHARGES, then TDS amount is more than service cahrges. In this ground contractors income, i.e; Service Charges is either zero or becoming -ve. Plz. Advise -

Dear Experts, Can anyone provide me what are all the documents i have to verify in case of (1) Export Sales (Direct Exports) (2) Form H Sales (Merchandise Exports) Please provide me the institute guidance note or manual or any other famous author's book so that i can go through and follow the procedure while auditing.
