Hi All,
I am an optimistic fellow who always invests into those activities which may yield less but creates more impact. I wish to carry out profession not only for the professional development of me and my fraternity but also of the society at a large across India.
I am associated with the organisation who is in the process of launching 1st ever Social Venture Fund in India under AIF guidelines. My area of operations are almost ranging from Corporate Structuring, Legal Advising, Financial Inclusiveness, Auditing (including Social Audits), Marketing and Fund raising with deployment.
I would like to create the sustainable and balanced developed society with the help of verious activities that we are indulging into.

I can answer the questions on Start ups, Ventures Capital and Private Equity industry. Business development and Equity and Debt Financing being my full time job from Investor, Investee and Advisor level, I can answer the same.
