dear Sir, i have one flat in my monther name and now this flat will SOLD IN 26lac agreement value.dt 15/10/2014 secandly approx in two month i have buy resale flat 28 lac and get home loan 3 lac and flat fist owner is me &co-owner is my mother. my ? is in that 3 month tracstion peried my mother and me.in that case capital gain tax applicble or no ples replay on pankajmahajan61@gmail.com

Hello Sir: My name is Rajeev My question is, I have overall 7yrs exp. and currently I am working in US firm as US pension Plan Administrator which includes Tax filing, preparation and keeping update with PEnsion Laws.
