If you've closed your partnership firm, you must inform both the Income Tax department and GST authorities. For Income Tax, write a formal letter to your jurisdictional officer, stating the dissolution and surrendering the PAN card. Include a dissolution deed, PAN card copy, and final return acknowledgment. For GST, follow the relevant online procedures to de-register your business.
