Till now upon E - filing of Income Tax return, we use to send the acknowledgement copy to CPC Bangalore within 120 days by speed or registered post, many a times the acknowledgement copy of ITR does not reach the CPC Bangalore people used to get messages that their acknowledgement has not reached tax department and if the the acknowledgement copy of ITR is not received within 120 days it will be presumed that ITR has not been filed , since the processing of itr begins only upon receipt of ackno
