What does “Deal With It” mean and how does it apply to your life?

Deal with it means what it says, deal with it! Deal with anything that comes your way! Literally, deal with it! Accept things as they come, rather they are good or bad, deal with them.

I know you probably are reading this and saying to yourself, I do deal with the everyday battles that come my way, but do you really? Do you deal with it, or do you let it dwell in your mind, and let it manifest into your life?

Seriously, ask yourself, are you really dealing with the everyday battles in life? Or, are you holding on to it in some way, and letting it come into your life? Ask yourself, why are you angry all the time? Why are you quick to respond? Why are you in defense mode? Why are you sad? Why are you stuck? You can ask a thousand why questions, but until you deal with things you will never find peace!

We feel as if we deal with the everyday chaos, but do we really? No, usually we dwell on things and don’t let them go! We allow ourselves to partake in battles that are not ours to deal with!

We are human, and we make mistakes, here is the good news, you can change the way you deal with things, and let stuff go! Know what battles to deal with, and know what battles to allow your creator to deal with! Either way, you are dealing with it!

You have to understand, it’s not what happens to you in life its how you deal with it! So, deal with it!

Change your approach to life and watch things change for the better! I encourage you to handle the everyday battles of life, in the most graceful and humble manner possible. Your time here is precious! Stop being negative and be positive, know your worth!

Remember, we are all born for a purpose! It is up to us, to find that purpose, and to tap into its greatness.
