FAQ :

The notification affects Cold-Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel with widths of 600 mm to 1250 mm and above 1250 mm, intended for non-bonafide usage, falling under tariff heading 7219.

The anti-dumping duties are imposed on imports originating from or exported by the People's Republic of China, Republic of Korea, European Union, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States of America.

The anti-dumping duty is extended and will remain in force up to and inclusive of the 31st January 2021.

The purpose is to amend existing customs notifications to further extend the levy of anti-dumping duty on specific imports of stainless steel products.

This notification amends notification No. 61/2015-Customs (ADD) dated 11th December 2015 and notification No. 52/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 24th October 2017.
