MCA clarifies on offsetting the excess CSR spent for FY 2019-20

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has clarified that if any company has contributed any amount to PM CARES Fund on 31st March 2020 which is over and above the minimum amount prescribed u/s 135(5) of the Companies Act, then the same will not be considered a violation, subject to certain conditions.
