The purpose is to add the facility of obtaining Shops and Establishment Registration to the existing e-Form AGILE-PRO.
The rules came into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, which was the 7th of June, 2021.
The marginal heading was updated to include 'Shops and Establishment Registration', the form identifier was changed to 'AGILE-PRO-S', and new clauses for Profession Tax Registration, Opening Bank Account, and Shops and Establishment Registration were substituted.
