The revised recruitment rules came into effect from August 1, 2025.
The posts will be filled exclusively through promotion, with 50% allocated to seniority-cum-fitness and 50% to a Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE). Deputation will be used if LDCE candidates are not found.
