The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) through its Committee for Members in Industry (CMI&B) organizes Campus Placement Programme for the benefit of newly qualified Chartered Accountants twice a year at select centers across the country.
In order to provide an extra edge to NQCAs, it is proposed to conduct mock interview and group discussion before the actual interview begins. This programme helps them to prepare for appearing in the Campus Placement Programme and face the interviews with poise and confidence.
For conducting mock interviews and group discussion for every registered candidate, the Committee is in the process of preparing a pool of resource persons from the field of psychology, technical and HR experts from Industry.
