Final & Intermediate exams are scheduled from September 3-15, 2025 (excluding September 5), and Foundation exams will be held on September 16, 18, 20, and 22, 2025.

Applicants must be ICAI members as of March 1, 2023, under 65 years old as of July 14, 2025, have no relatives or dependents taking the September 2025 exams, not be involved in coaching, and have no pending disciplinary actions or council/committee roles.

Responsibilities include collecting and securing question paper packets, remaining at the exam centre until answer sheets are dispatched, and submitting daily reports and final bills promptly.

Applications must be submitted online via the ICAI website at https://observers.icaiexam.icai.org between July 14 and August 3, 2025.
