The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the launch of a fully integrated web portal for managing the peer review process, marking a significant step in the profession's ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Developed by the Peer Review Board (PRB), the new portal aims to automate and digitize the entire peer review lifecycle from application submission and reviewer allocation to report filing and issuance of peer review certificates.

Launch of PRB Web Portal for the Peer Review Process
In a major step toward digital transformation, the Peer Review Board (PRB) of ICAI has developed its fully integrated Web Portal. The portal completely automates, streamlines and digitizes the entire peer review lifecycle,
beginning with the submission of applications, allotment of panel of peer reviewers and submission of peer review reports to the ultimate generation of the Peer Review certificates.
With effect from 2nd July, 2026, the peer review process for all new applications (Form 1) shall be processed exclusively through the new PRB Web Portal. Accordingly, applications received in any other mode including
physical documents or via email will not be accepted or entertained from the effective date onward.
Both Practice Units and Reviewers are requested to kindly log in to the portal to initiate any new peer review applications (Form 1) or for the submission of the peer review reports. The URL for accessing the portal is
