The Professional Development Committee (PDC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the hosting of the Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2026-27. Chartered Accountants and CA firms seeking empanelment opportunities with various authorities can now access and submit the form through the official MEF portal.
The MEF 2026-27 is available on the official portal of ICAI's MEF system. ICAI has advised members to carefully read the advisory before filling out the form to ensure accurate submission of details.

Hosting of Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) - 2026-27
Professional Development Committee (PDC) is pleased to host the Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2026-27, which is available at https://meficai.org/. Before filling the Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2026-27, members are advised to go through the Advisory . Information provided through MEF is shared by ICAI with RBI, NABARD, CRCS and other authorities for the purpose of empanelment for professional work.
Registration/ Login Credentials:
- Applicant already registered for MEF in previous year/(s), may login using the credentials directly of previous year for MEF 2025-26. If one has forgotten the password, please go to “Forgot Password” button to retrieve the password.
- Applicant applying for the first time, the applicant must first register for MEF 2026-27 at https://meficai.org/register.
Last date for submission of online Form is 29th August, 2026.
