FAQ :

Chartered Accountant firms and LLPs who wish to be empanelled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

The empanelment is for considering firms/LLPs for appointment as auditors of Companies as per Sections 139(5) and 139(7) of the Companies Act 2013, and of Statutory Corporations/Autonomous Bodies.

Online applications will be available on www.cag.gov.in from 06 January 2023 to 15 February 2023.

Applicant firms/LLPs will need to fill or update the data showing the status of their firm as on 1 January 2023.

A printout of the online acknowledgement letter and hard copies of supporting documents must be submitted to the CAG's office by 28 February 2023.

If firms/LLPs fail to generate an online acknowledgement letter, their application will not be considered for empanelment.
