ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Madam/Dear Sir,
The Executive Committee, at its 557th meeting held on 3rd September, 2016, has decided to constitute a Group to review and realign the provisions of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 to ensure continued relevance to the needs of the profession. Accordingly, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted the said Group with the following composition:-
- CA. Tarun J. Ghia, Convenor
- CA. G. Sekar
- CA. Nandkishore Chidamber Hegde
- CA. Sripriya Kumar
- CA. Kemisha Soni
Ms. Shalini Kathuria Gulati, Assistant Secretary would act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group.
