FAQ :
The draft regulations propose amendments to the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
Any person likely to be affected by the draft regulations can submit objections or suggestions.
Feedback must be submitted on or after the expiry of a period of forty-five days from the date the Gazette of India containing the draft regulations is made available to the public.
Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110 002.
The draft regulations will come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
