Unifeeder ISC FZCO is acquiring stakes in Avana Logistek Limited, TFPL, and Transworld Feeders FZCO.
In India, Unifeeder operates through its subsidiaries Feedertech Pte. Limited, which provides EXIM feeder services, and Perma Shipping Line Pte. Limited, which offers EXIM non-vessel owning common carrier (NVOCC) services.
Avana Logistek Limited's business includes multimodal domestic coastal services and NVOCC solutions.
TFPL is not currently engaged in business activities in India, but under the proposed combination, it will acquire the EXIM feeder shipping business of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited.
