The Income Tax Department has released an updated version of the Common Offline Utility for filing Income-Tax Returns (ITRs) for the Assessment Year (AY) 2025-26, providing relief to taxpayers who prefer offline return preparation.
The latest version (v1.2.7) of the utility was released on December 24, 2025 and supports filing of ITR-1 (Sahaj), ITR-2, ITR-3 and ITR-4 (Sugam).
