The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued detailed instructions to all Principal Chief Commissioners of Income Tax across the country in light of the Comptroller and Auditor General's (CAG) Performance Audit Report No. 1 of 2019 on the "Assessment of Assessees in the Entertainment Sector."
