MCA has made amendments in e-Form AGILE PRO via Companies (Incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2021. The purpose of this amendment is to add the facility of obtaining Shops and Establishment Registration in the existing e-Form AGILE-PRO.

ICSI has announced that the June 2021 CS Foundation Programme, Executive Programme, (Old and New Syllabus) and Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) Exams will now be held from 10th August 2021 to 20th August 2021.

Relief to taxpayers, regarding late fee, for delay in filing Form GSTR-3B returns

CBIC has rationalized the late fee for delay in filing of return in FORM GSTR-3B w.e.f 20th May 2021 and has provided a conditional waiver of late fee for delay in filing FORM GSTR-3B from July 2017 to April 2021.
