Xbrl filing

Until and unless extension is granted by the Government, xbrl is to be filed within 30 days of AGM i.e. same as filing requirements forform 23AC-ACA.

Thanks Vandana. But I know that. I mean to ask what is the average time taken to fill up the excel utility ( any utility) and converting it into xml and upload of Form 23ACXBRL & Form 23ACAXBRL.

A trained person in XBRL conversion software and IND Taxonomy should take an average of 5 working days of 8 hrs for 100-125 pages of finanical statements.  A novice might take double of that time.
