Wrongly deposited late fees

I am registered under Rajasthan VAT. My Late fees is not due but i wrongly deposit amount of Rs. 1000 as Late Fees, Now What is The option 1. Can i get refund 2. Can i get input tax credit of the same 3. Or any other Option Please Suggest
