Wrong itr v generated

ITR V is a system generated document, if your net taxable income and decution is correct, and tax payable match with your records, then submit the same to CPC

Before submitting the same to the CPC, i suggest to better cross check the XML file generated i.e. the file you have uploaded. After verifying the details just call Aaykar Sampark Kendra for suggestions and advise. They will assist you better.

i called the sofware vendor they said that there is bug in the software due to that reason xml file was generated  wrong, and they advise us to file the revise return with original one,,, should i revise the return?(we filed the original return in october 2011 u/s 139(4))

I think the Sec must be 139(4)

Accordingly as the time for revised return has been already passed, so the system will not accept the return. However you can file the Revised Return u/s 139(5)

when the free softwares are provided by the department, whats the psycology of people to use the alternate, and get the whole thing in mess. 

in future queries mention if you are using the system software / private software, as in absence it would be deemed that system software is used to file.
