I have Claimed a Refund of Rs.12,364/- by E-filing of my return but IT dept. does not consider my Refund Amt and Intimation U/S 143 states that no refund payable.How can i get my refund???

First check out 26AS., then compare your return with the computation mentioned u/s 143 & then file for rectification.

Go through 143(1) intimation. See the difference between, "what you claimed in return" & "As computed under 143(1)". Rectify return, if necessary, with additional details.
