Will language be a problem at yehsaas academy ,bangalore

Hi all,

My sister is planning to join YEHSAAS ACADEMY bangalor next month. But she almost does know spoken english as she has been studying in hindi medium school in north india. So will she be able to pick up or is it going to be very difficult for her. Are teachers helpful ? for initilly few month do they help if somebody has such language problem? somebody who is already studying der or whoever has some idea about it please help me.
